2010 Race Schedule and Goals

I came up with my 2010 race calendar today. I might make some changes here and there. I also want to pick up a few more local 5ks & 10ks when I find out about them. I think this should keep me busy throughout the year. Other goals for 2010 include logging 1,000 miles during the year, dropping my weight to under 200 lbs, and actually spend time stretching and doing core work on my rest days.
